How much do individual sessions cost?

$250 per 45-minute session

Each virtual individual therapy session is 45 minutes long. We typically meet once per week at the same recurring time, though I’m happy to adjust frequency based on your needs and goals.

My standard rate is $250 per session. I also offer a limited sliding scale for those experiencing financial hardship or who do not have out-of-network benefits.

I provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement whenever possible.

Why virtual therapy?

When we shifted to fully virtual sessions during COVID, I quickly realized I was in one of the few professions where this change was actually a big advantage.

Therapy is deeply personal work. You don’t always feel your best when you show up — and that’s okay. Virtual sessions allow you to join from the comfort of your own space, without the added stress of commuting, finding parking, or rushing through traffic. This means you can show up more relaxed, present, and ready to do meaningful work.

That’s why I’ve chosen to stay fully virtual. It removes unnecessary barriers and lets us focus on what actually matters — your healing and growth.

A quick note on your space: You don’t need to be at home for every session (life happens!), but please choose a quiet, private spot where you can speak freely and minimize distractions. Many clients find a parked car, a closed bedroom door, or even headphones with white noise works well.

What can you expect from our work together?

In our sessions, you can expect a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space where you can finally breathe, speak freely, and be fully seen — exactly as you are.

You’ll be heard without interruption. You’ll gain clarity around what you’re feeling and why. We’ll gently explore how your past experiences may still be shaping your present. And most importantly, you’ll build a deeper sense of self-awareness, self-trust, and inner confidence.

This work is about more than managing symptoms — it’s about helping you feel more like you again: more authentic, grounded, and at peace with who you are.

That’s what everyone deserves — and it’s exactly what we’ll work toward together.
